Congratulations, you’ve made it into the start of 2026! While you’re working on your goals and resolutions for the new year from a personal aspect, there are goals and objectives needed professionally as well.


In doing so, work towards using the SMART method for your metrics, which are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. A big part of that is, Attainable. We want to present stretch goals that challenge ourselves and our teams in the best ways possible for them to grow. However, if they are so far-fetched and unobtainable, what is there to really work towards? Let’s grow ourselves and our teams while we smash goals in 2026. Let’s get it!
