Black & Friends ARG: Transitioning to Leadership Positions

While working with the Black and Friends Associate Resource Group (ARG), we discussed career paths into management and some challenges that can be presented along the way. Nonetheless, best practices were covered in discovering a mentor who may or may not look like you, remaining consistent amongst team members, maintaining standards, and proper documentation.
