These Are My Reflections…

How often are you taking the time to reflect on your day, your week, or your month?

Sometimes the short-term pause is what creates the long-term progress.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

• What went well?

• Where are there opportunities to improve?

• What adjustments do I need to make moving forward?

Don’t wait until the end of the year to evaluate your progress.

By then, you may have already reinforced habits and patterns that are working against where you want to go.

Reflection gives you the opportunity to make small adjustments along the way.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is to become better than you were the day before.

Those daily, weekly, and monthly reflections eventually shape the year—and ultimately the direction of your growth.

So before you move on to the next task, meeting, or goal…

Take time to reflect. Then adjust accordingly.

Let’s continue to…

Lead authentically.

Lead intentionally.

Lead with impact.
