Let’s talk leadership perspective…
It’s easy to look at someone in a leadership role and think,
“I could do that job…” or
“They don’t deserve that position.”
And sometimes, that may feel valid.
But here’s what we often forget:
What you see is only surface level. There are responsibilities, pressures, and decisions happening behind the scenes that you may never be privy to.
Instead of assuming… seek to understand.
If you’re aiming to grow:
✔️ Ask questions
✔️ Learn the “why” behind decisions
✔️ Look for opportunities to take on more responsibility
