Let’s talk about feedback…


Not all feedback is created equal.


Yes—listen.


Yes—stay open.


But also… practice discernment.


Everyone offering an opinion hasn’t walked in your shoes or carried your level of responsibility.


So before you internalize it, ask yourself:


✔️ Is this constructive?

✔️ Does it align with my goals?

✔️ Will it help me grow?


Because here’s the truth:


Feedback is a gift—you either use it, or you give it back.


Don’t allow opinions to minimize your progress or make you second guess what you’ve already accomplished.


Stay grounded. Stay growing.
